<h2>Return and Refund Policy</h2>

<p>At Little Crown Edutoys, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue.</p>

<h3>Returns</h3>

<p>We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.</p>

<p>To request a return, contact us at mmdevilliers@outlook.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us.</p>

<h3>Non-returnable items</h3>

<p>We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, missing parts, or returned without original packaging. Clearance, final sale, and gift card purchases are also not eligible for return unless required by law.</p>

<h3>Damaged, defective, or incorrect items</h3>

<p>Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.</p>

<h3>Refunds</h3>

<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.</p>

<h3>Return shipping</h3>

<p>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.</p>

<h3>Order cancellations</h3>

<p>Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped by our fulfillment partner. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.</p>
